The only unique McDonald’s I’ve ever been to is “Rock and Roll” McDonald’s in Chicago. It had music memorabilia all over. I think I’d dig a funeral home vibe more actually pic.twitter.com/IWQ46z7Bgu

We had a McDonald’s in Shrewsbury that looked normal from the outside but was actually built into the side of a 13th century medieval building. It had a whole suit of knight’s armour too but I can’t find a photo pic.twitter.com/ucfncYOi3T
