STORY:
Just 134 meters above the harbour, 27-year-old Stephen Tierney and 28-year-old Claire Tullan from Scotland, climbed 1437 stairs. They braved the wind and rain to get married. They dressed in special climbing suits with harnesses for safety. Even the ring was attached to a rope, just in case.

The marriage ceremony brought Tullan’s dream to life.

After the climb, the newlyweds signed their marriage certificates and spent their wedding night at a five-star hotel.

It is estimated that over 1700 couples have become engaged on the Sydney Bridge.
