進口黃豆 台食藥署:97%是基改

【大紀元2016年10月26日訊】(大紀元記者施芝吟台灣台北報導)為吸引顧客上門,許多賣豆漿、豆製品的早餐店、餐飲店都會標示自己採用「非基改」原料,根據衛福部食藥署統計,國內進口的黃豆97%都是基因改造,非基因改造黃豆僅有3%。食藥署指出,近期已將基改與非基改食品,從邊境進口貨號就分流,並可透過食品雲追查流向,降低業者打馬虎眼的機率。

食藥署今年新增121個進口號列,要求輸入比照《食品及相關產品輸入查驗辦法》規定,向食藥署申請辦理輸入查驗,其中就包括基改、非基改食品分流。分流的基改食品包括黃豆、玉米、甜菜、油菜以及甜玉米等,查驗合格後始得輸入,不合格者一律退運或銷毀,不得流入國內市場,以確保輸入食品安全。

衛福部食藥署區管中心專委蕭惠文說,目前台灣進口的黃豆中,97%是基改、3%非基改,基改黃豆幾乎都流向榨油工廠,比較少拿來做成加工食品,也因此進口量雖多,民眾卻較少買到基改豆漿、豆腐等。

基因改造食品標示已上路,若業者使用基因改造食品原料就該強制標示,若應標示而未標示者,可開罰新台幣3~300萬元,標示不實可開罰4~400萬元。
